Medical Practices

More New Patients for Your Medical Practice

We help practices across the five boroughs and Long Island turn local searches into phone calls, booked appointments and completed new-patient forms. Experienced people do the work. AI helps with research and drafting, and a person checks everything.

Why it works

Reaching patients where they search

Most new patients find a doctor the same way. They search on their phone, look at the three practices Google shows on the map, skim the reviews and call the one that looks easiest to get into. If your office in Astoria or Smithtown isn't in that short list, the patient books with someone else. Referrals still matter, but even a referred patient usually looks you up before calling.

Our job is to get your practice into that short list and make booking easy once a patient finds you. We tune your Google Business Profile, track where you rank street by street with a local search grid, build pages for the conditions and procedures you actually treat, and run ads only where the cost per new patient makes sense. Our reports count calls, appointment requests and new-patient forms. Rankings matter because they lead to those, and we treat them that way.

We count booked patients, not clicks

Every campaign is set up to track phone calls, online booking requests and new-patient forms, with tracking built to keep patient information out of ad platforms and analytics. Each month you see which channels brought patients in and which didn't, in plain language your office manager can act on.

Local search, block by block

A patient on the Upper East Side won't cross the park for a sick visit, and a family in Patchogue won't drive to Great Neck for a pediatrician. Local search grid tracking shows exactly which neighborhoods see your practice in the Google map pack and which ones don't, so we know where to focus. We also account for patients who search in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Russian or Bengali.

Medical content your physicians sign off on

We use AI-assisted research to draft faster, then a person on our team rewrites and fact-checks every page. Your physician reviews anything clinical before it goes live, and the page shows who reviewed it and when. That review step protects patients, and Google expects it from health content.

Experience with how practices actually run

Our team brings years of hands-on experience marketing medical practices. We plan around your front desk, your insurance panels and how far out your schedule is booked. More calls to an office that can't answer them is wasted money, so we ask about phones and scheduling before we spend anything on ads.

Marketing within the rules

How we market medical practices responsibly

Healthcare marketing comes with rules most industries never deal with. These are the guardrails we work within on every medical account. This is a plain-language summary of our approach, not legal advice, and we encourage every practice to involve its own compliance officer or healthcare attorney.

This is how we approach marketing, not legal advice. Your own counsel has the final word on compliance.

  • We keep protected health information out of marketing tools. Patient names, diagnoses and appointment details don't go into Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics or ad audiences. Any vendor that handles patient information for your practice, which can include online forms, chat widgets and call recording, needs a business associate agreement with you.
  • We're careful with tracking pixels. HHS issued guidance on online tracking technologies in 2022 and revised it in 2024. In June 2024 a federal court in Texas vacated part of it, the part covering tracking on public pages that don't require a login. HIPAA itself didn't change, and privacy lawsuits over pixels on health websites continue. We keep third-party tracking off patient portals, booking flows and intake forms, and we send ad platforms only the minimum needed to count a conversion.
  • We never confirm that a reviewer is a patient. Federal regulators have reached settlements with practices that revealed patient details while answering online reviews. Our replies thank the person, invite them to call the office and leave out any mention of a visit, a condition or a treatment.
  • We ask every patient for feedback the same way. Google doesn't allow businesses to discourage negative reviews or ask only happy customers for them, and the FTC's 2024 rule on consumer reviews bans fake reviews and buying them. We never offer gifts or discounts in exchange for reviews.
  • We don't make claims we can't back up. New York's professional misconduct law for physicians lists advertising that is misleading, uses testimonials, guarantees a service or claims superiority without proof. You won't see 'best', 'guaranteed' or promised outcomes in our copy, and we check with you and your counsel before any patient story or photo is used. The same law asks practices to keep a copy of each ad for one year after it last runs, and we help you keep that archive.
  • We follow Google's Healthcare and medicines advertising policy. Some services, including telehealth that prescribes medication, addiction treatment and online pharmacies, need certification before ads can run, and targeting prescription drug terms as keywords requires certification. Google also treats health as a sensitive category for personalized ads, which limits remarketing and Customer Match on health campaigns. Meta has tightened its own rules for health advertisers. We plan campaigns around these limits instead of trying to slip past them.
  • Health pages are held to a higher standard. Google calls them 'Your Money or Your Life' content and looks for real expertise behind them. Every clinical page we draft is reviewed by a physician at your practice before publishing, names the reviewer and avoids promising results. AI tools help us research and draft, never publish anything on their own and never see patient information.
  • We build websites to WCAG 2.1 AA. Medical offices are public accommodations under the ADA, website accessibility lawsuits are filed often in New York's federal courts, and a 2024 HHS rule under Section 504 points health care organizations that receive federal funds, such as Medicaid, to the same standard. Accessible sites also work better for older patients and anyone reading on a small phone.
  • Patient photos, videos and stories appear in marketing only with written authorization, and for children that means a parent or guardian. New York lawmakers have also been working on a state health data privacy law, so we watch state rules along with federal ones.
