Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 22, 2026

1. Our commitment

Prostack Media wants everyone to be able to use our website at https://prostackmedia.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and update the site, not a one-time project.

2. The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Where it is practical, we also follow the newer WCAG 2.2 guidelines. For example, we try to keep focused items from being hidden behind other content, make buttons and links large enough to tap easily, and keep our contact information in the same place on every page so help is easy to find.

3. What we do

Steps we take to support accessibility include:

  • Semantic HTML. We use proper headings, lists, landmarks, and form labels so screen readers can understand how each page is organized.
  • Keyboard navigation. Menus, links, buttons, and forms are designed to work with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus styles. When you move through the site with a keyboard, the item you are on is clearly highlighted.
  • Color contrast. We choose text and background colors to meet WCAG contrast ratios, and we do not rely on color alone to convey meaning.
  • Text alternatives. Meaningful images have alt text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off or tone down animations.
  • Captions. Where we publish video with spoken content, we provide captions.
  • Readable layout. Pages work when zoomed and adapt to phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

4. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice control software. Older browsers and devices may not display every feature as intended.

5. Known limitations

Some parts of the site come from other companies and are outside our full control. In particular:

  • Google Maps. The map embedded on our contact page is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible to every user. Our full address, phone numbers, and email are listed as plain text in this statement and elsewhere on the site, so you do not need the map to find or contact us.
  • Third-party links and content. Links to other websites, such as social media platforms, lead to pages we do not control.

We continue to look for problems and fix them as we find them.

6. Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of the site, or if you have suggestions, please tell us. Let us know the page and what went wrong, and we will work with you to fix it or find another way to get you what you need.

We will respond promptly. If you need any information from our site in a different format, such as plain text, large print, or a reading over the phone, just ask and we will provide it.

You can also reach us through our contact page.

7. How we check our work

We review accessibility when we design new pages and when we make changes. This includes checking pages with automated testing tools, navigating with a keyboard, and reviewing content against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Feedback from visitors is part of this process, and we use it to set priorities for fixes.
